- No physical tickets will be mailed

- Please bring your receipt and a picture ID for event check-in.

- If a minor (under 21 years old) is part of your group, please  email us age after  placing your order.  

- All tables are in rounds of 10 seats

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

 

We understand that circumstances do arise and you may have to cancel. In the event of unusual circumstances or illness please contact us via email fiestaproduction@gmail.com. Also, your request for a refund must be emailed to fiestaproductionmiami@gmail.com  

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

 

- Prior to 6:00pm December 20th - Full Refund. + Cancellation Fee 

- After 6:00pm December 20th - No refunds

-After Event No Refunds!

 

(A $25 ticket cancellation fee will be charged for any refunds)
